Impostor Syndrome Coaching Package

Service Description

This set of 4 X 50 minute coaching sessions (plus a free introductory meeting) will take you through the stages of understanding and dealing with Impostor Syndrome, a behavioural pattern which famously affects 70% of senior executives. The package includes 30 days email support after the final session. Where it is not possible to meet in person one-to-one coaching takes place via Zoom. Hugh has coaching qualifications from Middlesex University and Graydin UK. While he worked in academia Hugh researched and developed strategies to help people work with Impostor Syndrome to improve performance in higher education.
